"I know I'm stating the obvious but Taylor is amazing! And I'm so Thankful for her. Much of what we do is physical and our bodies have to be able to do the work. So Thank you many times over for helping me stay in the game.”

From a very young age, I’ve felt a calling to help people and began my journey into healthcare.

During my high school years I became a CNA and worked at my hometown hospital. I then transitioned into private in-home care while attending college at Western Washington University, where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

While engaging in my own journey to health and well-being, I discovered naturopathic medicine, holistic healing, and massage therapy. I believe that in order to truly achieve a healthy body we must focus less on treating a symptom and more on treating the mind, body, and soul as a whole.

I approach each client with an open mind and have the respect and understanding that you know your body best. Massage allows me to help bring awareness to your body and how it is functioning while also helping to provide relief. I focus on creating a grounding and comfortable space for you to relax and heal. During sessions, I use a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Techniques along with my intuition. I believe that massage is an integral part of a holistic and healthy life and I look forward to working with you wherever you are on your path to health.

I am a graduate of the Whatcom Community College massage program, where I received a rigorous and well-rounded education about the body and the healing powers of massage.
