Bucket O’Wings-Free the Scapula

 

Class Description:

Join me for my first Continuing Education Class in Bellingham. If you are looking for some fun, creative, and exciting ways to open up the scapula, this is the class for you!

We will go through a series of variations of a technique I call the ‘chicken wing’ both prone & supine. Then you will take these positions to create and integrate with your own personal style.

This class is all about learning some ways to move and position the body, so that you may innovate using the positions as a baseline. My goal is always to have you take away a technique that is adapted to your style vs a cut & paste.

So no matter where you are in WA or the PNW this class is gonna be one you won’t want to miss. My clients all get chicken wings in every session of some flavor & I want yours to as well, and don’t worry there are vegan options available
